Full-lifecycle venture architecture: Leading early-stage ideas through market validation, branding, functional prototyping and go-to-market strategy, all the way to a fully funded Kickstarter launch and a custom Lovable site.

Context
The founder approached the project with a powerful conceptual vision that lacked a defined visual framework. To bridge the gap between idea and investment, the brand needed a sophisticated world built from scratch, one that could articulate its premium value and capture the confidence of early backers.
Solution
Architected the entire venture from concept to live market launch. I engineered the business foundation through pricing and packaging strategy, scaled the brand's entire social media footprint from scratch and executed the 100% funded Kickstarter campaign.
On the digital side, I personally deep-dived into classic self-help literature to synthesize the psychological frameworks, create the interactive tools and author all copy and content for the platform. Finally, I handled the full technical execution, coding and deploying the custom web application myself using Lovable.
